Trichoderma has become one of the most studied filamentous fungi to be used as a greener and more sustainable solution for improving production growth numerous crops, due its capability form symbiotic associations with plants. This study aimed evaluate effect isolates obtained from rhizosphere organic rice fields in Sukabumi, Indonesia, enhancing germination seedling growth. A laboratory experiment completely randomized design consisting seed treatments 21 (T1-T21) control treatment without (C). The inoculation was employed elucidate any potential effects isolates. Results showed that five isolates, i.e., T5, T7, T9, T10, T14 stimulated highest vigor index, root shoot length, fresh weight dry weight. These findings exhibited these plant growth-promoting improve contribute our understanding role crop production. Keywords: promoting fungi; treatment; plant-microbe interactions,
