Background:
Cystic
echinococcosis
(CE)
is
an
Echinococcus
granulosus-induced
worldwide
parasitic
zoonosis
and
a
recognized
public
health
socio-economic
concern.
The
liver
the
major
target
organ
for
CE's
infective
form
protoscolex
(PSCs),
which
causes
serious
damage
endangers
host's
life.
Reports
show
that
PSC
infection
cell
Fe2+
metabolism
disorder
abnormal
deposition
of
in
cells
results
death.
However,
whether
PSC-induced
death
associated
with
ferroptosis
remains
to
be
clarified.

Using
both
vivo
rat
model
vitro
co-culture
PSCs
system,
we
studied
histopathological
progress

signaling
pathways
were
identified
by
proteomics
analysis
at

Rational
utilization

natural

Camels,
vital
to
economies
in
Asia,
Africa,
and
the
Arabian
Peninsula,
have
been
domesticated
for
over
4000
years.
They
thrive
arid
regions
like
Xinjiang,
China,
but
face
challenges
from
internal
external
parasites,
particularly
gastrointestinal
which
impact
health,
meat
milk
quality,
production
efficiency.

study
investigates
prevalence
of
helminth
infections
camels
five
major
Xinjiang.

collected
435
fresh
fecal
samples

saturated
saline
flotation

18.2%

14.7-22.2%),
with
Urumqi

Fractional
vegetation
cover
(FVC)
plays
a
significant
role
in
assessing
ecological
quality
and
protection,
as
well
soil
water
conservation.
As
typical
rare-earth
resource
county
China,
Dingnan
County
has
experienced
rapid
development
due
to
mining,
resulting
alterations
cover.

elucidate
the
spatio-temporal
changes
within

past
35
years

natural
human
factors

changes,
spatial
temporal
variations

Landsat-TM/OLI
multispectral
