Equilibrium factor and yield are the key parameters in ecological footprint model, which re-measured this paper with NPP values of biologically productive land cover on different use types. Qinghai Province is basic study area, per capita, carrying capacity, pressure index, 10,000 yuan GDP measured based method net primary productivity (EF-NPP) to analyze from 2000 2022. The results show that: (1) average 1.71hm²/person, capita shows a growing trend, will be 2.38hm²/person 2022; (2) trend change growth followed by decline, capacity 2022 ranges 5.41 5.51hm²/person; (3) deficit/ecological surplus performance surplus, man nature harmony; (4) mean value index 0.31, first rank, degree safety very safe; (5) decreasing 1.43hm²/million 0.39hm²/million 2022, indicates that resource utilization rate development has gradually improved. provide certain references lessons for high quality region.
