2 Abstract Plant bud differentiation is a process of transition from nutrient growth to reproductive growth, which important for improving crop yield, breeding good seeds and regulation flowering time. To elucidate the morpho-physiological changes during in Bombax ceiba , this study was conducted Haikou City, Hainan Province, employing paraffin sectioning, plant physiological assays, LC-MS. We aimed determine dynamic occurring process. The results showed that 1) firstly, transformation point flower called floral primordial development, secondly, organ mature.2) content soluble sugar starch early-flowering late-flowering first increased then decreased, sucrose, protein malondialdehyde decreased increased. chlorophyll gradually b carotenoids while opposite true .3) 5Ds, CK Auxin mainly acted stage I II, ABA, SA, GA, ETH, JA II III.4) Soluble IAA\CK, sucrose\malondialdehyde IAA\CK\JA, IAA\CK\GA were significantly positively correlated, IAA\CK\SA negatively with existence synergistic antagonistic effects co-regulating differentiation. This provides theoretical basis exploring mechanism formation production practice. 3 Summary statement investigate morphological characteristics reveal mechanisms substances hormone interactions.
