This study aimed at analysing the structure and reliability of modified, 20-item Hungarian version Maternal-Fetal Attachment Scale (MFAS-HU-20), to investigate its associations with certain demographic, pregnancy-related psychosocial characteristics.A socio-demographically diverse sample women completed interviews in middle or late pregnancy, as part countrywide Cohort '18 Growing Up Hungary study.Data collection was carried out by local health visitors either family home visitor's office.In total, 7,315 pregnant were included study; they aged between 13 49, had a mean gestational age 30 weeks.In addition MFAS-HU-20, other paper-and-pencil scales applied measure perceived social support, partnership interactions, depressive generalized anxiety symptoms, anxiety. ABSTRACT Aim To investigate the association between emotional responses to climate change, antenatal anxiety, and maternal–fetal attachment in primigravida women. Design A multi‐site cross‐sectional research design study. Methods This study was conducted at four primary health care (PHC) facilities Damanhur district, El‐Behera, from February 2024 April 2024. Two hundred eighty‐five women completed a comprehensive questionnaire that included Woman's Social Reproductive Form, The inventory of emotions (ICE) scale, Stirling Antenatal Anxiety Scale (SAAS) Maternal–Fetal Attachment (MFAS‐HU‐20).
