Career exploration, a critical antecedent to college students’ career choices and employment, offers essential guidance for their development. However, existing research has not explored how changes in family economic stress impact exploration. Drawing on social cognitive theory, this study aims deepen our understanding of the complex interplay between exploration among vocational school students. We tested hypotheses using three-time lagged data collected from 600 students studying mainland China. As expected, positively predicts via love money. Additionally, both effective part-time behavior teacher support were found moderate indirect relationship through attempt highlight broader implications nuanced ways which background shapes Theoretical practical are discussed.
