The purpose of the present study was to conduct a process evaluation intervention delivery for randomized controlled trial (RCT) conducted during COVID-19 pandemic (NCT 03915548). RCT tested effects telephone-delivered behavioral on changes in breast cancer survivors’ satisfaction with social roles and activities, as compared an attention control condition. This examined (a) fidelity monitoring scores; (b) participants’ perceived benefit ratings gaining confidence, reducing distress, adjusting habits routines, setting goals, increasing exercise; (c) field notes, email communications, transcripts coach supervision debriefing sessions. conditions were delivered high degree (global quality rating score BA/PS condition M = 4.6 (SD 0.6) 4.9 0.3) condition, where “5” is highest rating). participants greater benefits than pertaining goal setting, t(248) 5.73, p <0.0001, 2.94, 0.0036, exercise, 4.66, <0.0001. Poor sleep quality, sexual dysfunction, fatigue, depression, anxiety had correlations QoL < 0.01). Multiple regression analysis revealed various might affect poor predictors ≤ 0.05).
