This study aimed to examine the effects of a positive psychological intervention, grounded in PERMA model, on fear levels, capital, overall well-being, and quality life among stroke patients. A single-blind, two-arm randomized controlled trial with repeated measures design was conducted at Affiliated Hospital Jiangnan University from January December 2023. total 125 patients experiencing recurrence were randomly assigned either intervention group (n = 63), which received based or control 62), standard care.
