There is conflicting evidence regarding the relationship between teachers’ identities and emotions. The inconsistency may be explained by a one-way causal or two-way support. However, from sociocultural perspective, two might dialectically influence each other. Furthermore, most studies on teacher have focused solely teaching research without considering their social service roles as well. Further, little known about LOTE (Languages Other than English) teachers in higher education, even less younger novice teachers. To fill these gaps, this study included survey of 843 young in-depth interviews with three respondents at universities to gain deeper understanding As result, interaction variables dimension was observed more robust relationship. Teachers’ emotions were inextricably linked either positive negative manner. Purpose We investigated the effectiveness of using feature films in teaching organizational behavior courses at undergraduate level a mid-Western university USA. Design/methodology/approach Our model included impact film analysis on self-perceived learning outcomes and cognitive affective changes among students. Structural equation modeling partial least squares contemporary mediation techniques were employed. Findings Featured positively impacted perceived components also found an indirect effect change, indicating that learners’ improved deepened their resulted greater appreciation theories.
