Introduction. Pre-professional pedagogical training of schoolchildren is a relevant issue international educational policy, since it ensures students’ early professional self-determination based on the principle individualization and stepwise inclusion in profession. Obviously, necessary to develop mechanism support for high school organize their psychological with use tutoring mentoring technologies when implementing individual preprofessional programs. The paper aims present results study teachers’ readiness pre-professional programs students classes, as well reveal promising ideas directions training. Materials methods. study, aimed at assessing level involved 74 teachers from organizations higher general education Chelyabinsk (Russian Federation). generalization reflection own experience made possible identify diagnostic tools revealing components readiness. Results. Using developed toolkit determining teachers' programs, was revealed that only 16.6% were ready this activity. Abstract Background Senior nursing students’ perceptions of their professional preparedness help them perform role confidently and independently in the future. Therefore, it is critical to both identify classification features perceived develop targeted interventions. Method was a cross-sectional study. A total 319 students from five universities China were enrolled. The Perceived Preparedness Nursing Students’ Questionnaire (PPPNS) Identity Scale for Students (PISNS) adopted. Latent profile analysis (LPA) used analyze latent profiles among students. Multiple logistic regression applied predictors different profiles, one-way variance conducted compare PI scores each profile. Result Three identified labeled “low preparedness” (n = 90, 28.2%), clinical competency-low EBP(Evidence-Based Practice)” 190, 59.5%) “high 39, 12.2%). group less likely include those who worked more than 7 hours per day during practicum, resided town urban areas, had part-time experience, good relationships with classmates, felt nobility due COVID-19 pandemic. average score statistically across three (F 54.69, p < 0.001).
