Well-being is an emerging and seemingly influential factor in disaster risk management. For example, after a large-scale disaster, some victims suffer from severe anxiety stress, while other studies have reported decline subjective well-being (SWB). Since only few addressed the SWB under preparedness phase, present study aims to investigate provide empirical evidence about role of context management, including perception (RP) adopting actual protective actions (PB). To examine these relationships, conceptual model was built based on review literature. This investigated relationships between SWB, RP, PB as well factors trust government past experience (EX) Kinki region, Japan. Our analysed by employing structural equation modelling. The results show that EX RP positive effects PB, with similar degrees across variables. These are supported previous studies. Moreover, disaster-related like not statistically contrary hypotheses.
