During
public
health
emergencies,
the
diverse
backgrounds
of
volunteers
pose
numerous
management
challenges.
This
study
aims
to
develop
an
online
profiling
model
using
social
media
data
achieve
a
more
comprehensive
and
objective
understanding
them.

tags:

information,
sentiment,
topic
features,

preferences,

Introduction
In
the
context
of
COVID-19
epidemic,
household-level
emergency
supplies
are
becoming
a
critical
link
in
national
response
mechanism

public
health
emergencies.
