Introduction In the context of COVID-19 epidemic, household-level emergency supplies are becoming a critical link in national response mechanism for public health emergencies. The main goal this study is to analyze forming process household storage intention and behavior based on theory planned behavior. Methods A total 486 valid questionnaires were obtained from China analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results found that subjective norms perceived behavioral control had positive impact residents’ store supplies, while attitudes did not play significant role. During public health emergencies, the diverse backgrounds of volunteers pose numerous management challenges. This study aims to develop an online profiling model using social media data achieve a more comprehensive and objective understanding them. In proposed model, designed five tags: basic information, sentiment, topic features, interest preferences, engagement. K-Modes clustering was employed implement profiling. To validate feasibility empirical conducted Weibo from 1,070 during COVID-19 pandemic in China, resulting these volunteers. Four categories could be identified: Public Affairs Pioneers (32.4%), Diary Record Lurkers (32.8%), Social Topic Sharers (20.9%), Fashion Entertainment Influencers (13.9%). Currently, sentiment analysis is a research hotspot in many fields such as computer science and statistical science. Topic discovery of the literature field text aims to provide scholars with quick effective understanding its trends. In this paper, we propose new model for topic literature. Firstly, FastText applied calculate word vector keywords, based on which cosine similarity keyword similarity, carry out merging synonymous keywords. Secondly, hierarchical clustering method Jaccard coefficient used cluster domain count volume each topic. Thirdly, information gain extract high characteristic words various topics, connotation condensed. Finally, by conducting time series literature, four-quadrant matrix distribution constructed compare trends within different stages. The 1186 articles from 2012 2022 can be divided into 12 categories. By comparing analyzing matrices two phases 2016 2017 2022, it found that categories topics have obvious development changes phases. results show that: ① Among categories, online opinion social media comments represented microblogs one current hot topics. ② integration application methods lexicon, traditional machine learning deep should enhanced. ③ Semantic disambiguation aspect-level difficult problems faces. ④ Research multimodal cross-modal promoted.
