This research examines the relationships between organizational socialization, psychological capital, and job performance within Chinese higher education institutions, with an emphasis on implications for institutional sustainability. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, this study surveyed 1079 faculty members across various universities in China to assess how socialization influences (task, contextual, adaptive, counterproductive dimensions) both directly indirectly through capital (self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience). This study utilizes the job demands-resources model to examine relationship between resources (like organizational climate, co-worker support, authentic leadership, knowledge diversity, and work-life support practices), burnout, psychological capital, mental health among employees at multinational companies in Beijing.
