Резюме. Узагальнено інформацію про дію та наслідки стресу на здоров’я якість життяздобувачів вищої освіти в період правового режиму воєнного стану. Мета. Здійснити теоре-тичний аналіз узагальнення фахової вітчизняної зарубіжної літератури з оцінки впливустресогенних чинників поведінкові розлади студентської молоді. Методи.Аналіз наукової літератури, синтез узагальнення, компаративний аналіз, соціологічні ме-тоди, методи математичної статистики. Результати. Встановлено, що під впливом бойовихдій території країни здобувачі переживають негативні фізичні психоемо-ційні розлади. Негативні можуть проявлятися фізіологічному, психологіч-ному, поведінковому когнітивному рівнях. Нашарування кризових явищ, постійне підви-щення емоційного напруження, неадекватні інформаційні навантаження, соціальна ізоляціяпоряд із обмеженням рухової активності посилює у студентів незадоволеність життям,погіршує його якість. Стрес призводить до загострення хвороб виникнення нових захво-рювань, поширення частоти появи них депресії, тривоги, розладів здоров’я, підвищує ри-зик поведінкових розладів, зниження мотивації навчання. Перераховані впливи настан фізичного й психічного поведінку здобувачів викликають нихознаки неблагополуччя, знижують життя, зумовлюють мотиваціїдо навчання а, отже, негативно впливають їхню академічну успішність, може матидовгострокові несприятливі наслідки.Ключові слова: стрес, психоемоційний стан, студенти, рухова активність, життя.
