Purpose This article presents findings on the relationship between social interactions in remote learning environments and perceived effectiveness of learning. Online learning platforms have become integral to modern education, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, as they offer a dynamic environment for remote education. This study focused on evaluating postgraduate students' and Ph.D. scholars' perceptions of online at Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute Science Technology, School Management Studies. Employing descriptive research design, this utilized convenience sampling distributed Google Forms 218 students in March 2023. In total, 104 responses were received. Creating a suitable travel package has become increasingly difficult for businesses within the tourism industry because of various factors affecting tourists’ decision-making behavior and businesses’ desire to make profits. This paper proposes novel approach service design by integrating analytic hierarchy process (AHP) theory inventive problem solving (TRIZ) while taking into account both consumer business perspectives. This paper aims to provide a holistic overview of research trends examining online learning in higher education BRICS countries, an acronym for association five major emerging economies: Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, after COVID-19 using bibliometric analysis. In the era of digitalization, medical websites have rapidly expanded their healthcare market share due to convenience. However, with this user-base expansion, issues poor user experience surfaced. To address this, we developed and ranked usability indicators for websites, aiming improve design development from a perspective, thereby improving satisfaction website’s usability. Initially, reviewed relevant literature summarized 30 indicators. Subsequently, formed Delphi panel 20 experts preliminarily identified 24 through survey method. Using data 300 valid surveys, applied Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) method categorize these into four groups. Finally, assessed relative importance priorities using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) The results showed that, in terms criterion layer weight priorities, Trust Security (0.5494), Basic Performance (0.2710), Features Technology (0.1355) exhibited higher proportions. For solution layer, Property Protection (0.1894), Credibility (0.1852), Privacy (0.1194), Effectiveness (0.0932), Findability (0.0579) findings study will assist future assessments enhancements websites.
