The digital transformation of general secondary education is a necessity for survival and competitiveness, which imposes its requirements on teachers, including the development levels competencies, key to comprehensive sustainable education.Therefore, this research aimed enhance level competencies teachers in Damietta Governorate.The descriptive approach applied, using questionnaire as one tools.It applied random sample (490) results showed, an explorer various fields: "cognitive, technical, educational, professional, digital, health environmental safety" among members.In addition, there are statistically significant differences between estimates members attributed variables age, educational function, teaching experience, experience technologies education, challenges academic qualification except cognitive specialization educational.The proposed suggested proposal Governorate light education.
