Communities in China are proactive emergency response, significantly mitigating compounding risks and enhancing resilience. There exists a crucial need to analyze the factors influencing community management, strengthen overall competencies of response. This study examined complex interrelationships among 15 identified using Decision Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) - Adversarial Interpretive Structure Model (AISM) modeling techniques. According hierarchical structure determined by AISM, three main elements emerged as critical: management systems, governance models, intelligence collaboration systems. These findings offer valuable insights for administrators, providing an in-depth understanding vulnerabilities management. Such can then guide development effective strategies boost resilience mitigate impacts on Chinese communities.

Background University emergencies, garnering significant public attention and shaping network opinions, pose a crucial challenge to universities’ management societal stability. Hence, opinion on university emergencies is vital issue. Nevertheless, the underlying mechanism has not been fully explored cannot be efficiently controlled. This study aimed explore formation pattern of analyze its causes, provide scientific governance strategies for coping with this Methods Based sample set 204 cases from Zhiwei Data Sharing Platform, classifies into six types visually analyzes their characteristics: time distribution, subject, duration, emotion.
