Background:
Following
the
implementation
of
Movement
Control
Order
(MCO)
during
coronavirus
disease
2019
(COVID-19)
pandemic,
academicians
from
universities
in
Malaysia
needed
to
ensure
that
quality-of-service
delivery
stakeholders
is
undisturbed
by
adopting
new
challenging
norms.
This
compromises
work-life
balance
(WLB),
causes
more
stress
and
potentially
affects
their
quality
life
(QoL).Aim:
study
investigates
how
perceived

impacts
QoL

on
mediating
role
WLB.Setting:

Abstract:

COVID-19
pandemic
