COVID-19 adalah sebuah pandemi yang mematikan dan menimbulkan banyak kerugian. Salah satu langkah pencegahan oleh pemerintah melakukan lockdown menerapkan pembelajaran online untuk anak sekolah perkuliahan. Hal ini potensi stres pada remaja. Tujuan dari studi mengetahui faktor mempengaruhi remaja koping terfokus emosinya atau Emotion Focused Coping (EFC). Studi merupakan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional uji statistik digunakan regresi logistik metode backward. Responden berjumlah 397 mahasiswa aktif jenjang Diploma Sarjana di Universitas Airlangga angkatan 2017 hingga 2020. Penelitian dilakukan bulan April 2020 Februari 2021. Sampel dipilih simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan Online Survey fitur Google Form. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa causal focus, controlled by self others memiliki korelasi signifikan terhadap EFC, masing-masing bernilai p-value = 0,003, 0,018 0,009. Kesimpulan dalam karena menyadari kemampuannya mengatasi akibat diri sendiri maupun bantuan orang lain perilaku menyalahkan sendiri. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meneliti mengenai dampak tidak bisa mengontrol fokus emosi kesehatan mentalnya sebagai masa COVID-19.

In recent years, Ugandan universities have faced a rising incidence of mental health issues among students, with prevalence rates disorders reaching up to 60% undergraduates. These challenges significantly impact both academic performance and social interactions. This study aimed investigate the coping mechanisms students at Busitema University. We conducted 42 key informant interviews diagnosed disorders, as determined by Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview. Interviews were guided structured protocol developed research team, all participants provided informed consent. The audiotaped, transcribed verbatim, analyzed using thematic analysis. approach was chosen for its efficiency directness. <i>Undergraduate college-aged students are increasingly experiencing anxiety. Yet, many struggle to cope effectively, resulting in poor school performance and compromised health well-being. Our goal was identify common anxiety-inducing aggravating stressors, as well preferred adaptive coping strategies, this exploratory study inform anxiety intervention development. A total of 19 undergraduate (17 female 2 male) were recruited. El impacto que viene teniendo la Covid-19 en salud mental de población joven es mayor otras edades, por lo este trabajo tipo cuantitativo se quiere estudiar tras dos años pandemia algunas variables psicosociales fortaleza vs vulnerabilidad adultos jóvenes. Para ello entrevistó a 162 estudiantes universitarios (M = 20.31, DT 1.97, 79% mujeres) voluntariamente, además aportar sus sociodemográficas, respondieron tres escalas, primera afrontamiento centrado el sentido (MCCS, Eisenbeck et al., 2021), segunda sensibilidad procesamiento sensorial (SPS-S, Chacón y tercera resiliencia (CD-RISC, Serrano-Parra 2012). Los datos analizaron con pruebas descriptivas inferenciales (U Mann Whitney, t Student, Spearman). resultados mostraron unos niveles medios tanto como SPS, un nivel medio-alto resiliencia. La variable sociodemográfica género resultó estadísticamente significativa SPS resiliencia, siendo las mujeres más altamente sensibles (PAS) menos resilientes los hombres. También dio una correlación entre género, así género. Como conclusión general esta muestra presenta psicosocial segundo año Covid-19, deduciendo cierta adaptación dicha situación, señalando posibilidad intervenciones fortalecimiento esas desde perspectiva frente situaciones futuras máximo estrés.
