This study aims to explore the intermediary function of organizational justice in correlation between healthcare practitioners’ perceived perception servant leadership and work engagement. A total 412 health professionals from three state hospitals Kocaeli province participated this research. survey was administered participants selected through convenience sampling approach. Abstract This study explores the impacts of user adaptation and its antecedents, including perceived usefulness, self-efficacy, subjective norm on continuance intention towards mobile banking. Based (1) extended expectation-confirmation model, (2) adaptive structuration theory for individuals, (3) decomposed planned behavior, by incorporating trust perspectives, this proposes validates a research model using convenient snowball sampling techniques, face-to-face survey with sample 523 consumers large banks in Vietnam. The partial least squares structural equation modeling SmartPLS 4.0 software is employed data analysis. findings reveal that except norm, satisfaction, adaptation, self-efficacy significantly impact intention; moderates relationship between intention. The study investigates the issues of access, quality, and other major challenges to online system education for students in Balochistan during this pandemic Covid-19. Using mixed-method design, 100 participants from schools 7 curriculum experts responded survey interview questions. Survey results suggested that majority have enough digital devices, teachers, some extent, skills use technology teaching, but limited electricity, funds, weak internet connections, teacher training were them. This study identified the best-fit model for work engagement among public secondary school teachers in Davao Region, Philippines, by examining influence of organizational commitment, personality domains, and self-regulation. Using a stratified sampling technique, data were collected from 400 analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
