Background

Aims:
Chinese
folk
dancing
is
an
energetic

part

culture,

uphold
customs,

sense

curriculares

Covid-19,
questionamentos
mobilizações
emergiram
no
Programa
Pós-Graduação
Ensino
em
Ciências
Saúde
Universidade
Federal
São
Paulo,
Brasil.
Nesse
contexto,
implementou-se
um
programa
E-Mentoring,
envolvendo
dez
docentes/mentoras
para
acolher
acompanhar
entre
três
quatro
mestrandos
cada.
O
artigo
tem
como
objetivo
relatar
experiência
com
mentoras,
perspectiva
estudantes
pós-graduação
contexto
pandemia
Covid-19.
Dezessete
narrativas
foram
produzidas
partir
vivências
interpretadas
pela
análise
conteúdo
modalidade
temática.
Os
resultados
mostram
que
E-Mentoring
constituiu-se
processo
formativo
impulsionou
autonomia
mestrandos,
mobilizando
formação
comunidades
aprendizagens
vivenciando
distintos
momentos
movimentos
-
acolhimento,
partilha
experiências,
saberes,
inquietações,
dúvidas
produções
marcados
relação
dialógica
colaborativa
busca
construção
novos
conhecimentos
ressignificação
do
lugar
ocupam
nos
cenários
prática
profissional.

Adolescence
is
a
crucial
developmental
period
characterized
by
physical,
emotional,
and
social
changes.
This
makes
adolescents
particularly
vulnerable
to
various
stressors,
including
Internet
addiction.
The
increasing
prevalence
of
use
has
brought
new
challenges,
as
excessive
uncontrolled
engagement
with
digital
platforms,
often
referred
addiction,
can
disrupt
emotional
regulation
increase
behavioral
difficulties.
Anger
control,
an
important
component
wellbeing
at
this
stage,

addiction

tendencies
