Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges and stressors for social workers, often at the forefront of responding to crises. disrupted their professional practices, increased workload, exposed them health risks. As a result, well-being workers become growing concern, especially in countries with limited resources. present study used cross-sectional web-based survey assess prevalence rates anxiety, stress, sleep quality, overall sample 216 employed public medical facilities Egypt during epidemic. It also investigated factors that influence well-being. results showed half (51.4%) scored 10 or higher on General Anxiety Disorder scale (GAD-7), 83.3% ≥ 14 PSS-10, mean score quality was 7.24 (SD = 2.10). Objective This study sought to understand the mental health issues, support and efficacy of that among university students. Participants All students enrolled in a College Arts Sciences at one mid-size received an email contained link anonymous, online questionnaire developed disseminated through PsychData. 162 completed questionnaire. Methods Mixed methods: Data was summarized using descriptive analysis, testing for significance, differences, content analysis. Results reported high levels anxiety (76%) depression (65%). indicated participant demographics were associated with types access, support. Unexpected results included lack knowledge or information on cost, how access services hindered participants, although telehealth most widely used support, contrast other studies, participants preference face-to-face services.
