Abstract
Background
A
stable
public
health
workforce
plays
an
indispensable
role
in
the
realization
of
goal
for
all.
However,
there
is

turnover
intention

Psyykkinen
kuormittuminen
puuhuoltoketjussa
ilmenee

kirjallisuuslähteistä,
havaintoina
muun
muassa
puutteellinen
palautuminen
työn
rasituksista,
kiristyneet
vaatimukset,
alhainen
palkkataso
vähäinen
vuorovaikutus.
Tarkastelemme
psyykkistä
kuormittumista

Background

poorer
self-rated
health
but

cross-sectional

lack
of
holistic
mental
approach.
