This paper provides a narrative review of previous research on effort–reward imbalance (ERI) and passion exploitation, providing perspective for future research. Previous has shown that ERI can cause work stress, negative economic behavior such as job turnover, illnesses metabolic syndrome. also claims loyal generous people, well young people women, are more likely to be targets exploitation. However, there unresolved issues in research, (i) the mechanism by which leads stress illness, (ii) being lack what types jobs experience imbalance, (iii) level is acceptable, therefore further required. To this end, study recommends addressing these challenges through integration exploitation theory.

Abstract Background A stable public health workforce plays an indispensable role in the realization of goal for all. Metsäsektorilla työskennellään yhteiskunnallisesti tärkeällä työalalla. Samalla metsäalaan kohdistuu nykyisin monia, osin ristiriitaisiakin tavoitteita. Tämä kuvaileva kirjallisuuskatsaus paneutuu aiemmin toteutetun puuhuoltoketjun työhyvinvointikyselyn kolmeen keskeiseen tulosteemaan. Tutkimuskysymykset ovat: 1. Millaisia kirjallisuuslähteitä ja teorioita on julkaistu kolmesta keskeisestä teemasta: psyykkisestä kuormittumisesta, työtuntien määrästä naisten tilanteesta? 2. Miten työhyvinvointia voidaan kohentaa puuhuoltoketjussa? Psyykkinen kuormittuminen puuhuoltoketjussa ilmenee useista kirjallisuuslähteistä, havaintoina muun muassa puutteellinen palautuminen työn rasituksista, kiristyneet vaatimukset, alhainen palkkataso vähäinen vuorovaikutus. Tarkastelemme psyykkistä kuormittumista Siegristin ponnistusten palkkioiden mallin sekä vaatimusten voimavarojen avulla. Kirjallisuuslähteistä myös lukuisia metsätaloustyön myönteisiä piirteitä, kuten esimerkiksi teknologian kehittyminen, miellyttävä työympäristö metsässä, itsenäinen luonne mahdollisuus työhön maaseudulla. mahdollisuuksia psyykkisen kuormittumisen haittojen vähentämiseen toimintaympäristön viitekehyksen työllisen stressisuojatekijöiden vahvistamisen Työn aiheuttamien tulisi olla hallittavia, jotta psyykkiseen kuormittumiseen mahdollisesti liittyvältä terveydentilan työkyvyn heikkenemiseltä vältyttäisiin. Puuhuoltoketjussa työpäivät olivat pitkiä. Työtuntien määrän tarkastelussa käymme läpi tekijöitä, jotka voivat voimistaa tai heikentää runsaan terveydelle haitallisia vaikutuksia. Runsas määrä voi lisätä sydän- verisuonisairauksia aivohalvauksen riskiä, vaarantaa mielenterveyden työstä palautumista. Työterveyden heikkenemisen estäminen kustannustehokkaampaa kuin seurausten korjaaminen. Naiset metsätalouden työtehtävissä ovat vähemmistö, sillä vain 19 % metsäsektorin työllisistä oli naisia vuonna 2021. Naisten työhyvinvoinnissa havaittiin monia yleinen tyytyväisyys työhön, kohtalaisen hyvä työkyky elintavat maltillinen sairauteen liittyvien poissaolojen määrä. Arviot työtaakan, palautumisen osalta osoittivat kuitenkin heikentynyttä työhyvinvointia. edistää kehittämällä johtamista varmistamalla työntekijöiden tasapuolinen kohtelu vastuiden jakaminen. Työhyvinvoinnista säilymisestä huolehtiminen osa sosiaalista kestävyyttä.

Leader-member exchange (LMX) theory consentrates on the unique dyadic relationships between leaders and followers. Consistent evidence associates LMX to employee work engagement, but research mechanisms explaining connection has remain scarce. This study applies social exchange, effort-reward imbalance theories examine whether effort made by reward gained mediate relationship three dimensions of engagement: vigor, dedication, absorption. A large Finnish cross-sectional sample (M = 1701) collected from service-sector was analysed utilizing path modelling. The results indicate that high-quality were connected with employees' greater reduced effort, which in turn partially mediated positive association engagement dimensions.
