Background and Aims: Chinese folk dancing is an energetic essential part of culture, helping to uphold customs, promote a sense community, honor the rich diversity cultural heritage. The objectives this study were 1) compare mood states university students before after participating in dance movement activities, 2) control group experimental activities. The study purposes to identify the contribution of psychological pressures that football referees are exposed through visual media their level performance. To achieve this, researchers used descriptive correlational approach. was conducted on a sample consisting 86 referees, who were divided separately according referee’s specialization into number 37, and assistant numbering 49. For data collection. two tools for study. first tool relates measuring pressures, while second third relate performance assistants.
