This study delved into the use of hologram technology to bridge practical learning gaps in Competency-Based Education and Training framework when using E-learning platforms. The utilized a convergent mixed-method, combining quantitative qualitative approaches. focused on 26 public tertiary institutions located Dar es Salaam.
