Background: Skin diseases can have a profound negative impact on the lives of adolescents, leading to emotional distress, social isolation, and reduced self-esteem. Objectives: This study aimed investigate relationship between family leisure, mindfulness, quality life in adolescents with skin diseases. Methods: In this descriptive-correlational study, statistical population included all who referred hospitals specialized centers Babol city 2023. A total 206 were selected as sample. The tools used Teenagers' Quality Life (T-QoL) Questionnaire assess life, Family Leisure Scale measure Five Facet Mindfulness (FFMQ) evaluate mindfulness. data analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient stepwise regression. Results: an average age 16.25 years. sample was fairly evenly split genders, slightly more females (51.46%) than males (48.54%). results showed that leisure had positive significant (P < 0.001). also mindfulness predicted 27.0% variance diseases, having greater influence predicting their life. Conclusions: found both positively However, appears stronger well-being. researchers suggest incorporating these activities into clinical interventions therapeutic approaches improve overall health well-being adolescents.
