The JPRP Special Issue on Growth Mindset in Chinese Context was put together to address three questions. First, is the growth mindset less popular among than Americans and Europeans? Introduction This study explores the relationships among classroom climate, growth mindset, achievement goal orientation, and student engagement in context of English as a foreign language (EFL) education China. Academic achievement is a critical indicator of teaching quality. There has been limited exploration into the mechanisms underlying academic achievements among nursing master's students. This study investigated relationship between ethical leadership and achievements, focusing on how teacher-student growth mindset mediate this relationship. A cross-sectional was conducted with 262 participants who completed online questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis, structural equation model testing, deviation correction quantile bootstrap method. The average score 51.26 (SD = 5.963). significant correlations leadership, relationship, mindset, (r 0.183 to 0.701, P < 0.01).
