El objetivo consistió en evaluar el nivel de burnout docentes universitarios con fin proponer un programa intervención psicosocial para su prevención y tratamiento. Desde punto vista metodológico, estudio cuantitativo involucró a 1060 tres instituciones universitarias Lima. Se utilizó Cuestionario la Evaluación del Síndrome Quemarse por Trabajo (CESQT) alta fiabilidad estandarizado varios países, incluyendo Perú. Además, se realizó una revisión literatura fundamentar necesidad psicosocial. Los hallazgos muestran los siguientes niveles burnout, muy bajo: 200 (18,90%), 298 (28,10%), medio: 297 (28%), alto: 166 (15,70%) crítico: 99 (9,30%), alarmante cifra 265 encuentra alto crítico, lo cual exige tratamiento inmediato, al mismo tiempo, número significativo debe aprender enfoques preventivos evitar científica respalda importancia abordar este problema contexto académico. contiene acciones específicas cada factor ilusión trabajo, desgaste psíquico, indolencia culpa, estrategias proactivas actividades equilibrio trabajo-familia. recomienda sensibilizar comunidad educativa sobre diagnóstico, atención entorno académico, saludable productivo.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance mediated by satisfaction Tahfidzil Quran Lebay Yasin Boarding School. A quantitative approach and explanatory research will be used in this research. Primary data comes from questionnaires variables, while secondary school data, textbooks, journals. Bu araştırma özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin sabır ve iş doyumu düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Nicel yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeline göre yapılandırılan araştırmanın çalışma grubu Malatya ilinin Yeşilyurt ilçesinde basit seçkisiz yöntemle belirlenen okullarında görev yapan toplam 135 öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak “Öğretmen Sabır Ölçeği” “İş Doyumu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda genel öğretim boyutundaki düzeylerinin “çok yüksek”, etkileşim ise “yüksek” olduğu; dışsal doyum doyumlarının “orta” düzeyde, içsel düzeyde olduğu edilmiştir. ayrıca öğretmenlerin arasında orta pozitif yönlü bir ilişki arttıkça da arttığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda doyumlarını artırmaya yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Based on the ERG (Existence, Relatedness and Growth) theory, a scale was developed to evaluate professional needs of psychological counsellors in China its related factors were explored. A total 209 participated study completed two online questionnaires. The majority participants female (n = 163, 78%). average age is 41.00 (SD 8.66). results showed that existence (x¯ 4.49, SD 0.60), relatedness 4.20, 0.65) growth 4.66, 0.50) all at high level. Work setting, marital status regular supervision had significant influence counsellors. Counsellors working private practice more compared those institutions. Counsellors, who married, than single. without existence, needs.

Introduction This study examines the relationships between proactive personality, burnout, and teaching enjoyment among Chinese English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers. The research aims to clarify how personality traits relate burnout explore their interactions in context of EFL instruction. Methods included sample 420 teachers, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used assess enjoyment. Data underwent detailed statistical analysis identify both direct mediating effects within proposed model. Results findings from SEM revealed significant educators.
