This study investigated the relationship between parental psychological wellbeing, parenting, children's difficulties, and prosocial behavior in Kahramanmaraş earthquake-affected families living Türkiye 2023. To this end, a mediation model was proposed for distress that hypothesized to exert an indirect effect on child's difficulties through parenting. Participants were 358 preschoolers 4 6 years old their one parent (father or mother) who completed set of validated self-report surveys cross-sectional design study. Results showed positive associations but negative association with behavior. Furthermore, quality parenting mediated Our findings suggest may serve as protective mechanism mediates behaviors among displaced by natural disaster like earthquake. Although positive childhood experiences (PCEs) may serve as protective factors against the negative consequences of adversity, they have been less extensively studied. However, more recently, there has a growing interest in understanding role these experiences. This systematic review aims to address this research gap by systematizing existing literature on PCEs and examining their relationship with both outcomes. A comprehensive search databases such B-On, PsycINFO, PubMed, SCOPUS, Scielo identified 87 studies that met inclusion criteria. Different employed various designs samples investigate between adult The findings suggest higher levels are consistently associated better mental health outcomes, decreased depressive symptoms, anxiety, suicidal behaviors, well improved psychosocial well-being, including reduced perceived stress increased life satisfaction.
