This study explores the influence of servant leadership (SL), emotional intelligence (EI), and work interfere with family (WIF) on engagement (WE) among service sector workforce in Klang Valley, Malaysia. A quantitative approach via survey was administered to 150 employees from food beverage, retail wholesale trade, accommodation sectors. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis revealed that SL EI positively affect WE, while WIF negatively impacts WE employees. practical implications emphasise importance fostering EI, implementing practices, addressing enhance employee WE. also offers theoretical contributions further understanding these factors within Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) framework.

Recognizing a significant gap in existing literature, this study proposes to delve into oftenoverlooked dimension adaptive performance among foreign academics. Building on foundation cross-cultural adaptation theory, empirically tests interplay between emotional intelligence and psychological resilience shaping lecturers. <p>High school students face an elevated risk of psychological problems, with multiple determinants contributing to this vulnerability. This cross-sectional study aimed investigate the relationship between academic stress, social support, and learning engagement among Thai high students. A total 109 were recruited from one located in Bangkok, Thailand. The support questionnaires, questionnaires completed analyzed for correlation using Pearson’s Spearman’s analysis. Multiple linear regression was done determine variables influencing on stress. Medium level stress found (mean±SD=3.21±0.73). Academic significantly correlated (r=0.252, p&lt;0.01) a positive direction; however, negative did not reach statistical significance (rho=-0.108, p&gt;0.05). Positive influence also (B=0.119, p&lt;0.007), but (B=-0.089, p=0.393). had medium which be positively influenced by support.
