Amid growing concerns about mental health issues in higher education, understanding determinants of college students' subjective well-being has become crucial. While existing research establishes connections between psychological factors and well-being, the specific mechanisms linking physical fitness perceptions with outcomes remain underexplored. This study explores influence self-efficacy on highlighting mediating role activity moderating effect gender. Using "Physical Fitness Self-Efficacy Scale," Activity Level Scale" (PARS-3), "Subjective Well-Being Questionnaire," data were collected from 455 students (Age 19.13±1.32) Yunnan Province, China, analyzed using SPSS 27.0 Process 4.2. Results showed significant gender differences self-efficacy, activity, 20.86% (The results support that plays a partial well-being). Notably, moderated this relationship, as found predict both male (ΔR² = 11.40%, 11.93%) female university (ΔR<sup>2</sup> 14.40%, 23.66%), exercise behavior showing stronger females. These findings extend social cognitive theory by demonstrating gender-specific pathways through which self-perceptions translate into outcomes. Küreselleşme, rekabetçi yaklaşımlar ve teknolojik değişimler örgütleri, çalışanlar için şartların değiştiği, belirsizliklerin hüküm sürdüğü maneviyattan kopuk bir iş yaşantısını beraberinde getirdiği ortam haline getirmiştir. 21. yüzyılın işletmelerinin değişen çalışma koşulları, en değerli unsur olan insan kaynağının yaşantısında maneviyat arayışına bu bireylerin yaptıkları işin anlamına yönelik sorgulamaya girmelerine sebep olmaktadır. İşyeri ruhsallığı pozitif psikoloji etkisiyle literatüre giren spiritüel liderlik kavramı, çalışanların anlam arayışını etkileyebilecek yaklaşımlarını ortaya koymaktadır. Modern hayatının üzerinde oluşturduğu baskı ile motivasyonlarını düşürmesi arayışları onların ontolojik iyi oluşunu etkileyerek sağlıksız verimsiz işletmelerin doğmasına olacaktır. Manevi değerleri barındıran yaklaşımının modern yaşantısında, işgörenin oluşuna beklentilerini arayışlarını karşılayacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu kapsamda, araştırmanın temel amacı; işletmelerde liderliğin, etkisinde anlamının aracı rolü olup olmadığının belirlenmesidir. Çalışmada, İstanbul’da faaliyet gösteren hastanenin sağlık çalışanlarından (n=392) veri toplanmıştır. Araştırmada genel tarama modeli rehberliğinde ilişkisel yöntemi desenlenen nicel araştırma uygulananarak elde edilen SPSS 25 AMOS 24 programlarıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda anlamlılığının belirlenmiştir.

This study aims to investigate the wellbeing of Iranian English as Foreign Language (EFL) teachers across their career stages in terms teaching experience. In this regard, categorized into three groups based on experience: novice, experienced, and highly experienced. Araştırmanın amacı, otel işletmelerinde çevik liderlik, mesleki öz yeterlilik, yaratıcılık ve işe gömülmüşlük arasındaki ilişki bu ilişkide örgütsel özdeşleşmenin aracı rolünün olup olmadığını tespit etmektir. örneklemi, Antalya’da Kemer ilçesinde faaliyet gösteren 5 yıldızlı işletmelerindeki işgörenlerdir. Verilerin toplanmasında anket yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Anket uygulaması 1 Nisan-31 Ağustos tarihleri arasında kolayda örnekleme tekniği ile gerçekleştirilmiş toplamda 220 elde edilmiştir. Veriler SPSS Statistics 26.0 Amos Graphics 22.0 istatistik programlarından yararlanılarak test Elde edilen sonuçlara göre liderliğin yeterliliği, yaratıcılığı gömülmüşlüğü özdeşleşmeyi pozitif yönde etkilediği, ayrıca ilişkisinde aracılık olduğu Ortaya konulan araştırma liderlik konusunun otelcilik sektöründe çok az ele alınması alınan konu ilgili yeni bir model ortaya koyması açısından önem arz etmektedir.

This qualitative study examined the experiences of early career language teachers in Iran, exploring complex interplay between perfectionism, emotion regulation, and their implications for teacher well-being retention.
