Background: The occupational well-being of nurses is important for nurses' human resource management and the sustainable development hospitals. Several studies have demonstrated a positive association between social support well-being. However, underlying mechanism behind this remains unclear. This study explored how influenced through mediating roles job stress. Methods: utilized stratified random sampling method conducted questionnaire survey among 450 from tertiary general hospital July 2022 to September 2022. surveys included Social Support Rating Scale, Job Stress Occupational Well-Being Scale. We also collected data on participants' sociodemographic characteristics job-related factors. Structural equation modeling was applied examine associations variables. Introduction. Much attention is paid to the study of prevalence emotional burnout syndrome (EBS) among health workers (HW). There are few studies relationship between EBS and factors influencing HW subjective well-being. Material methods. in outpatient clinics (nineteen doctors 45 nurses) were examined. was diagnosed using method by V.V. Boyko, trait (TA) state anxiety (SA) – Spielberger–Khanin scale, social well-being (SSW) PWI-A questionnaire R. Cummins. The Mann–Whitney criterion, χ2 used analyze differences indicators, Pearson’s contingency coefficient assess strength relationship, two-way variance analysis detect simultaneous influence two on studied Spearman’s rank correlation relationship. Results. All showed signs varying severity. In structure dominant symptoms, leading places occupied experiences psychotraumatic circumstances (46.2% 54.2% nurses), moral disorientation (43.5% doctors), expansion sphere economy, emotions (30.2% deficit (33.3% 35.2% depersonalization 32.4% nurses). specificity severity symptoms does not depend age, but has positive relationships with experience. 34.7% had high levels TA SA; no found group nurses. <p>Adanya perubahan perilaku konsumsi pada masyarakat saat ini akan berdampak penurunan pendapatan perusahaan ritel dan secara tidak langsung hal itu pula sifat para pekerjanya. Dengan munculnya tekanan pekerjaan membuat pekerja merasakan adanya keseimbangan yang menyebabkan <em>Burnout</em> sehingga berujung <em>Intention to Quit</em> biasanya didukung dengan psikis dialami jika merasa bahwa sudah sanggup lagi untuk memenuhi tuntutan perusahaan. menggunakan <em>Psychological Distress </em>sebagai variabel mediasi, tujuan dari penelitian mengamati bagaimana pengaruh <em>Work-Life Balance </em>dan<em> Job Burnout </em>terhadap Quit. </em>Dengan metode kuantitatif data <em>cross-sectoional </em>yang diambil cara sampel <em>purposive</em><em>. </em>120 responden berpartisipasi merupakan karyawan Kelurahan Penjaringan dikumpulkan menyebarkan kuesioner elektronik. Analisis statistik deskriptif alat analisis SEM-SPSS 21 SEM-AMOS 24. Didapat kesimpulan menunjukkan <em>Work-life </em>tidak mempengaruhi negatif terhadap <em>Job Burnout</em>, </em>dapat positif Distress</em>, </em>memiliki Quit</em>, mempunyai </em>dapar dimediasi oleh Burnou</em><em>t </em><em>Burnout</em> dapat mempengarui antara Quit Distress</em><em>.</em></p>
