Abstract Despite the growing integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in language education, limited research has explored its impact on emotional regulation and vocabulary retention, particularly English as a foreign (EFL) contexts. This study addressed this gap by comparing effects Bing ChatGPT environments interpersonal emotion (IER), behavioural strategies (BERS), hopelessness retention among 458 upper‐intermediate Chinese EFL learners. Participants were divided into three groups: Bing, control group (CG) receiving traditional instruction. Both AI‐supported groups engaged with identical content tasks their respective platforms, while CG followed conventional curriculum. A mixed‐methods design was employed, incorporating quantitative pre‐ post‐tests qualitative semi‐structured interviews. The one‐way ANOVA results revealed that both AI significantly outperformed across all measures, no statistical difference between groups. learners conditions reported reduced improved IER BERS, alongside notable retention. In agreement results, findings highlighted engaging supportive nature environments, which led to IER, BERS These suggest integrating tools like classrooms can enhance well‐being acquisition, offering valuable pedagogical insights for educators seeking leverage technology

Objective: This study investigates the influence of eye care intervention programs and teachers' productivity on pupils' academic performance, focusing enhancing educational outcomes in alignment with Sustainable Development Goals Four (SDGs-4). Theoretical Framework: study, grounded Urie Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory, explores how environmental systems affect development. It examines teacher-pupil interactions (microsystem), parent-teacher relationships (mesosystem), policy health services (exosystem), broader socio-economic factors (macrosystem), temporal changes considered. Method: A 5-point Likert scale instrument a multistage random selection technique were employed to draw sample 323 beneficiaries. Regression analysis assessed impact teacher productivity, treatment, demographic performance. Results Discussion: The results reveal that boosts positive screening treatment performance by 28%, highlighting importance effective teaching. Eye shows marginally effect, larger families benefits 14%. Parents' occupation, however, has negligible context interventions. Research Implications: Educational policies must integrate interventions strategies improve considering family dynamics. Theoretically, this highlights interplay between education, practically advancing comprehensive approaches optimize student learning support SDGs-4. Originality/Value: research contributes existing literature providing empirical evidence combined effects need for interdisciplinary informs policymakers.

Adolescent externalizing problems are commonly linked to maternal psychological distress and family functioning, but these associations remain underexplored in the Greek sociocultural context. This study examined how symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, along with adolescent-perceived predict behaviors adolescents. A total 563 adolescent–mother dyads (63.4% girls; M_age = 15.03 SD 0.83) participated. Mothers completed Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS-21), Family Assessment Device (FAD–GF), while adolescents Youth Self-Report (YSR) FAD–GF. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that functioning was strongest predictor behavior (β 0.24 p < 0.001), even after accounting for demographic mental health variables. The final model explained 18% variance adolescent problems. Mediation confirmed partially mediated relationship between depression problems, a significant indirect effect (a × b 0.088, Sobel z 2.90, 0.004). Gender differences were found self-reported aggressive (t −2.40, 0.017, d 0.20), girls scoring higher than boys. These findings highlight impact through dynamics underscore importance culturally sensitive, family-centered interventions reduce
