With the development of times, people are increasingly valuing subjective well-being.Previous studies have mostly focused on college students to analyze relationship between their well-being and other variables, while there been few exploring mechanism well-being, job satisfaction, marital satisfaction.Career women face multiple pressures from work family, has strong practical significance.This study career conducted in-depth research mechanisms various dimensions in providing theoretical basis reference value for improving women.This used Subjective Well-being Scale (SWB), Job Satisfaction Scale, Chinese Marital as tools, with 350 aged 20 60 subjects.SPSS 26.0 software were process data using descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation, regression methods.The conclusion was that age, level, education satisfaction all had an impact subject.
