Based on a sample of middle school students from the China Education Panel Survey (CEPS) database, this study explores relationship between parental perceived teacher care and teacher-student role gender in it through cross-sectional longitudinal studies. Study 1 found that there was significant positive correlation gender, relationship. Analysis simple moderation effects suggests plays moderating relationships. Purpose of the Study: This study aims to analyze causal relationship between leadership madrasah heads, organizational culture, and provision rewards on work motivation performance certified teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) Bireuen Regency. In particular, it seeks uncover both direct indirect effects these factors teacher through mediating role motivation. Methodology: The research adopts an ex post facto design employs exploratory quantitative analysis. A sample 242 was selected using random sampling, with a significance level 0.05.
