Abstract Given the potential applications of generative AI (GenAI) in education and its rising interest research, this systematic review mapped thematic landscape 407 publications indexed Web Science, ScienceDirect Scopus. Using EPPI Reviewer, publication type, educational level, disciplines, research areas GenAI were extracted. Eight discursive themes identified, predominantly focused on ‘application, impact potential’, ‘ethical implication risks’, ‘perspectives experiences’, ‘institutional individual adoption’, ‘performance intelligence’. was conceptualised as a tool for ‘pedagogical enhancement’, ‘specialised training practices’, ‘writing assistance productivity’, ‘professional skills development’, an ‘interdisciplinary learning tool’. Key gaps highlighted include paucity discussions K‐12 education; limited exploration GenAI's using experimental procedures; ethical concerns from lens cultural dimensions. Promising opportunities future are highlighted.

This study examines users’ perceptions of Chatbots in China, with a particular focus on the factors influencing their acceptance and usage. Grounded Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), we analyze data from 542 online responses to explore roles Perceived Authenticity, usefulness, risk shaping user behavior toward AI-driven Chatbots. Using linear regression mediation analyses, our findings indicate that both Authenticity Usefulness positively impact behavioral intentions, while Risk has negative influence. Notably, serves as mediator between intentions Risk. These results contribute growing body research AI e-commerce by providing empirical evidence key affecting Chatbot adoption. The offers valuable implications for developers marketers, suggesting enhancing usefulness addressing Risks can improve acceptance. insights are particularly pertinent practitioners aiming refine technology expand its application across various sectors.

ABSTRACT Artificial intelligence (AI) has extensively developed, impacting different sectors of society, including higher education, and attracted the attention various educational stakeholders, leading to a growing number research on its integration into education. Hence, this systematic literature review examines impact integrating AI tools in education students' personal collaborative learning environments. Analysis 148 articles published between 2021 2024 indicates that Tools improve personalised assessments, communication engagement, scaffolding performance motivation. Additionally, they promote environment by providing peer‐learning opportunities, enhanced learner‐content interaction cooperative support. Indeed, strategies such as skills development, ethical use, academic integrity instructional content design. Acknowledged limitations include considerations, particularly privacy bias, which require ongoing attention. it is recommended create good balance AI‐mediated human environments, key area future exploration.

Artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots have been widely adopted in customer service, playing a crucial role improving service efficiency, enhancing user experience, and elevating satisfaction levels. Current research on the impact of consumers’ purchase decisions primarily focuses linguistic communication features, with limited exploration into non-verbal social cues employed by chatbots. By conducting three scenario-based experiments, this study investigates mechanisms through which chatbot response strategies (proactive vs. reactive) use emojis (yes no) influence users’ intention. The findings suggest that proactive are more effective strengthening intention compared to reactive strategies. Psychological distance performance expectancy serve as significant mediators relationship. Additionally, moderates effect psychological distance, while its moderating is not significant. This offers new insights chatbots, revealing underlying contributing evidence visual symbols factors. Furthermore, provide practical recommendations for businesses optimizing interaction enhance experience.

Abstract Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools hold significant promises for enhancing teaching and learning outcomes in higher education. However, continues usage behavior satisfaction of educators with GenAI systems are still less explored. Therefore, this study aims to identify factors influencing academic staff continuous education, employing a survey method analyzing data using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). This research utilized the Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT) Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) as its theoretical foundations, while also integrating ethical concerns factor. Data was collected from sample 127 university through an online questionnaire. The found positive correlation between effort expectancy, consideration, expectation confirmation, satisfaction. performance expectancy did not show Performance positively related intention use tools, influenced GenAI. social influence correlate Security privacy were associated Facilitation conditions findings provide valuable insights academia policymakers, guiding responsible integration education emphasizing policy considerations developers tools.

This research explores the determinants affecting academic researchers’ acceptance of AI writing tools using Theory Reasoned Action (TRA). The impact attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived barriers on intentions to adopt these technologies is examined through a cross-sectional survey 150 researchers. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) employed evaluate measurement structural models. Findings confirm positive influence favorable attitudes norms use tools. Interestingly, did not significantly or intentions, suggesting that in context, potential benefits may outweigh obstacles tool adoption. Contrarily, do affect directly.
