This
study
examines
the
interplay
between
humble
teacher
leadership
and
student
creative
process
engagement,
grounded
in
Social
Exchange
Theory
Self-Determination
Theory.

Abstract
While
employees

workplaces

work
experiences,

Purpose
This
study
examines
the
impact
of
humble
leadership
on
service
recovery
performance
(SRP)
frontline
employees
(FSEs)
in
hospitality
industry.
