The mean age 20.07 years (standard deviation [SD] = 1.65). After adjusting for covariates, esteem-appearance found be negatively associated (OR 0.962, 95% CI 0.935-0.989, p 0.007), while esteem-attribution positively 1.091, 1.046-1.139, < 0.001). However, no significant esteem-weight (p 0.781). Restricted spline plots showed non-linear associations any (p-nonlinear 0.912, 0.225, 0.109, respectively). Subgroup revealed interactions. These findings underscored significance targeted health promotion strategies provided references educational institutions or governmental bodies steer consumption toward healthier patterns.
