Abstract Background Healthy aging is crucial in Asia given its rapidly society. Social capital, which refers to the resources derived from social networks, norms, and trust that facilitate cooperation collective action within a community or society, has demonstrated health benefits for older adults. However, impact varies by country. Most research focuses on high-income countries, with little attention low- middle-income countries. Methods This prospective cohort study examined effects of capital all-cause mortality among adults Myanmar 2018 2022, using structured questionnaires based Japan Gerontological Evaluation Study. Multistage random sampling face-to-face interviews were conducted community-dwelling aged 60 above Yangon Bago 2018. Subsequently, three waves follow-up telephone surveys 2020, 2021, 2022. The evaluated components capital: civic participation, cohesion, support, alongside baseline demographic information. This study investigates the psychological stress factors faced by return migrants before, during, and after their to Latvia. Abstract The increasing prevalence of chronic illnesses among the elderly affects their physical and psychological well-being, contributing to emotional burdens feelings burdensomeness.
