Background: Nurses working in high-pressure units face significant stress levels, often leading to burnout, reduced morale, and high turnover rates. While mindfulness training has proven effective as a stress-reduction intervention, its implementation within clinical settings is hindered by organizational systemic barriers. Aim: This study examines the challenges associated with integrating into nursing practice health administration policies. It also explores strategies overcome these barriers promote adoption of interventions healthcare settings. The perception of professional benefits is a critical determinant job stability and work efficacy among healthcare professionals. We carried out two studies to contribute the development of a shortened Italian version Spirit at Work Scale (I-SAWS) in healthcare and explore SAW's mediating role between personal values (i.e., self-transcendence self-enhancement) both compassion satisfaction workaholism. Study 1 involved 180 workers (HCWs) who completed I-SAWS. Zusammenfassung Hintergrund Hat die Implementierung von Spiritual Care als Ideal und Handlungskompetenz im klinischen Alltag auch Auswirkungen auf Angehörigen der Gesundheitsberufe? Besteht ein Zusammenhang zwischen deren Belastungsempfinden, Berufszufriedenheit ihren Spiritual-Care-Kompetenzen, vor einer emotionalen Distanzierung den zu Begleitenden schützen würde? Material Methoden Angehörige unterschiedlicher Gesundheitsberufe, an dem 40-stündigen SpECi-Curriculum teilnahmen, wurden drei Zeitpunkten (vor Intervention sowie 3 6 Monate später) mithilfe standardisierter Fragebogenmodule untersucht (z. B. World Healthcare Organization Five Wellbeing Index [WHO-5], Cool Down [CDI], Competence Questionnaire [SCCQ]). Ergebnisse Bereits Schulung war Arbeitsbelastung bei gleichzeitig hoher ausgeprägt. Die Indikatoren Belastung bzw. veränderten sich Zeitverlauf nicht, während Spiritual-Care-Kompetenzen mit moderater Effektstärke verbesserten. Für das Cool-down (Wahrnehmung emotionaler Überlastung Distanzierung) gab es einen Trend für höhere Scores nach Intervention. Wer durch Arbeitssituation belastet war, hatte eine geringe Berufs- Teamzufriedenheit, geringeres Wohlbefinden höheres Cool-down; bestand jedoch kein Spiritual-Care-Kompetenzen. Schlussfolgerungen Von spezifischen waren Patientenzuwendung insbesondere bereits vorher ausgeprägten Wahrnehmungs- Gesprächsführungskompetenzen relevant. Wenn um Wohlbefinden, Teamzufriedenheit geht, dann sollte Team-Spirit entwickelt werden. Hier besteht großes Potenzial zukünftige Schulungsmaßnahmen.
