Introduction The aim of this study is to reveal the effect scientific attitude and intelligence on STEM (science, technology, engineering mathematics) motivation using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). It possible say that there a reciprocal relationship between attitudes towards science, STEM. Motivation closely positively related STEM, attitude, organizational development. When female students are supported motivated positively, it for them be successful in leadership candidates future. Female leader can play role future who by their environment take place There gap research literature subject Türkiye. This fills an important terms sampling, method data analysis. Method In study, personal information form, Attitude Towards Scientific Research Scale, Multiple Intelligences Self-Perception Scale Value-Expectation Rating were applied 159 undergraduate disadvantaged field studying at Ege University Ödemiş Faculty Health Sciences.
