Lecturer performance is a critical factor in improving the quality of higher education. This study investigates impact digital competence and psychological well-being on lecturer performance, with servant leadership as mediating variable. A quantitative methodology was employed, collecting data through structured questionnaires distributed to lecturers at several private universities Medan City. Data analysis conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that positively significantly affect performance. Abstract Background Community nursing is marked by high stress due to direct patient interactions and varied work environments. Research highlights the significant role of psychological capital (PsyCap), which includes self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience, in managing occupational enhancing job satisfaction among health professionals. Objective This study examines associations between Psychological Capital, management, community nurses, exploring their collective impact on professional well-being. Methods We employed a cross-sectional, correlational design with convenience sampling method, recruiting 148 nurses from Tanta University Educational Hospitals. The Compound Capital Scale (CPC-12), Coping Orientation Problems Experienced Inventory (Brief-COPE), Generic Job Satisfaction (GJSS) were used for data collection. Pearson’s correlation multiple regression analyses assessed relationships predictive values variables. Results demonstrated positive correlations PsyCap ( r = .44, p < .001) management .39, .01). Multiple analysis showed that accounted 29% variance 26% effectiveness. Self-efficacy, optimism predictors satisfaction, self-efficacy showing strongest association (β 0.33, .007). Conclusion associated underscoring its importance nurse coping mechanisms, reducing stress, improving satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to develop guidelines for facilitation self-leadership in nurse faculty. Of 12 developed, this paper discusses two related resilience through practices, namely: encouraging reliance on internal sources self-preservation; and strengthening positive self-image faculty management peer support.
