This study investigates the relationships between mindfulness, employees' well-being, and intentions to quit their jobs further examines mediating role of perceived stress in these relationships. Drawing on Job Demand-Resources model, we aim contribute understanding how mindfulness can impact employee well-being turnover a non-Western organizational setting. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 205 full-time white-collar employees. The used an online questionnaire consisting Perceived Stress Scale, Mindful Attention Awareness Intention Quit Employee Well-Being Scale. data were analyzed using full-latent model structural equation modeling investigate variables. findings indicate that is crucial influencing through levels. Mindfulness associated lower levels stress, which turn positively linked negatively intentions. underscores significance workplace, particularly non-western settings. By promoting organizations potentially enhance reduce intentions, fostering more positive productive work environment. implications suggest interventions could be beneficial for aiming improve mental health retention.
