Objectives Anxiety is the most prevalent mental health issue in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), particularly among young adults, who face significant challenges managing it, such as social stigma surrounding health, which may also discourage them from seeking help. Within context Vision 2030, addressing and promoting overall psychological wellbeing population a vital public objective. Consequently, it suggested that exploring potential role nutrition knowledge strategy to promote warrants further investigation. To address this gap, present study aimed examine association between distinct factors, including Generalized Disorder (GAD), adults KSA. Methods This cross-sectional included 444 participants. Validated questionnaires assessing specific aspects were administered Arabic. Linear logistic regression analyses then employed associations various health. Results It was found 51.3% participants did not have satisfactory level knowledge, while 35.1% affected by GAD. Notably, high emerged protective factor against risk developing GAD adults.
