This review examines the relationship between tennis participation and mental health, highlighting both psychological benefits challenges associated with sport. Using a retrospective, citation-based methodology, peer-reviewed studies published in English, French, Greek 2000 March 2025 were included. The findings indicate that is reductions depressive anxiety symptoms, improved self-confidence, enhanced resilience. However, competitive also presents significant demands, including elevated stress levels susceptibility to maladaptive coping behaviors. To address these complexities, this introduces Resilience Racket Model, conceptual framework representing integration of physical readiness, resilience, systemic support. model uses metaphor racket: handle reflects foundational skills; strings represent resilience components; frame denotes environmental organizational support; sweet spot signifies optimal balance readiness. highlights effectiveness interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy mindfulness, supporting athlete well-being. These advocate for holistic approach development, emphasizing parity health training, call further research into tailored, sport-specific interventions tennis.
