In recent years, the mental health issues of university students have received increasing attention. Research has shown that meaningful life experiences, such as memorable tourism can enhance individuals’ sense meaning in and promote health. This study explores mechanisms through which experiences influence among students, focusing on mediating roles positive affect, self-reflection, personality traits, well moderating role gender. Using a questionnaire survey, data were collected from 880 students. Validated scales, including “Memorable Tourism Experience Scale, ““Positive Affect Scale,” “Self-Reflection “Personality Trait “Meaning Life employed to measure key constructs. Data analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) multi-group analysis test hypothesized relationships effects. The results indicate significant impact students’ life.
