Eastern Mediterranean countries, particularly Lebanon, have seen a significant rise in mental disorders, primarily driven by ongoing economic instability, political unrest, and regional conflicts. These conditions fuel feelings of unsafety, which are linked to lower psychological well-being increased depressive symptoms. Unsafe circumstances inflate apprehension uncertainty, leaving individuals unable foresee stable, secure tomorrow often trapped an anticipatory negative thinking state. Therefore, this study posits that unsafe environments, Intolerance Uncertainty (IU) may mediate the relationships between feeling unsafety depression/well-being aims test hypothesis among sample adults from frequently crisis-ridden country. A one-time-point online survey was conducted Lebanese general population (N = 905; mean age 27.38 (SD: 9.28); 60% females), recruited anonymously via snowball sampling. The questionnaire included socio-demographic variables following Arabic validated scales: Feeling Unsafety Scale– (FUSA), World Health Organization Well-Being Index (WHO-5), Patient Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Scale (IUS-12). Statistical analysis performed using SPSS v.27 with mediation PROCESS MACRO v3.4 Model 4. After adjusting for potential confounders, showed both prospective inhibitory anxiety fully mediated association depression partially well-being. Worldwide, the mortality due to SARS-CoV-2 has been inclined around 68 million by end of January 2023. Many people lost their family members virus attack or its comorbid complications. Mourning loss a loved one is painful time, but ability handle this stress may vary from person person. It could be result personality traits and inner capabilities, such as self-efficacy. This study aimed understand role self-efficacy on resilience bereaved individuals. Convenience sampling was employed recruit total 237 participants who had ones COVID-19 (father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, uncle, aunt, distant relatives). After explaining objective taking informed consent, they were administered using brief scale, big five inventory, general questionnaire. Self-efficacy found have positive correlation, while neuroticism negative correlation. In addition, mediation analysis revealed that acted an important mediator between (Openness, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism) resilience. Individuals with strong able return usual state more quickly than those low self-efficacy, indicated results. Distress rumination is a cause of suicidality and self-injurious behavior (SSIB) among individuals. Although previous studies have shown that distress rumination, SSIB, resilience, depression are significantly related, the interaction mechanism remains unclear. This study aimed to evaluate resilience as mediators relationship between SSIB Chinese college athletes infected with COVID-19.Convenience sampling was used recruit participants from National College Football Championship in Guangxi City, China January February 2023. Participants completed Ruminative Responses Scale (RRS), subscale Health-Risk Behavior Inventory (HBI), Mental Toughness Index (MTI) Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9).
