In this chapter, we will present and reflect on challenges concerning clinical experiences research within the area of music therapy as a psychosocial intervention for people suffering from schizophrenia. Two manuals applying activities in two conditions study were developed. The manual experimental group is based guidelines tool engagement regulation patient schizophrenia—simultaneously emphasizing an awareness position regarding closeness/distance listening attitudes therapist.
