Introduction Substance use among physicians can have negative impacts on their health, quality of life, and patient care. While Physician Health Programs (PHPs) proven effective, many with substance disorders (SUDs) still face obstacles in seeking help. Our study explores the expectations, attitudes, experiences French regarding implementation a specialized healthcare system (SHS) for addiction, opinions factors that could improve effectiveness such service, focus (SUDs). Methods We conducted web-based survey from April 15 to July 15, 2021, which included questions about sociodemographic characteristics, use, attitudes toward SUDs. Results Of 1,093 respondents (62.5% female), 921 consumed alcohol (84.2%), 336 (36.4%) were categorized as hazardous drinkers (AUDIT-C ≥ 4 women 5 men). The mean AUDIT-C score was 3.5 (±1.7 SD), range 1 12. Factors associated consumption coffee [OR 1.53 (1.11–2.12)], psychotropic drug 1.61 (1.14–2.26)], cannabis 2.96 (1.58–5.55)], other 5.25 (1.92–14.35)]. Objectives This study aimed to assess the extent of alcohol use and misuse among clinical therapists working in psychiatric hospitals China during early COVID-19 Pandemic, identify associated factors. Methods An anonymous nationwide survey was conducted 41 tertiary hospitals. We collected demographic data as well using Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test-Consumption (AUDIT-C) burnout Maslach Burnout Inventory Human Services Survey. Results In total, 396 completed survey, representing 89.0% all potential participants we targeted. The mean age 33.8 years old, more than three-quarters (77.5%) were female. Nearly two-fifths (39.1%) self-reported current users. overall prevalence 6.6%. one-fifth (19.9%) reported symptoms with high emotional exhaustion 46 (11.6%), depersonalization 61 (15.4%).
