Abstract
Aims
Problem
drinking

workers
(HCWs)

Objectives
This
study
aimed

misuse
among
clinical
therapists
working
in
psychiatric
hospitals

COVID-19

nationwide

Results
In
total,
396
completed
survey,
representing
89.0%
all
potential
participants
we
targeted.
The
mean
age
33.8
years
old,
more
than
three-quarters
(77.5%)
were
female.
Nearly
two-fifths
(39.1%)
self-reported
current
users.

6.6%.

Introduction
Substance
use
among
physicians
can
have
negative
impacts
on
their
health,
quality
of
life,
and
patient
care.

Physician
Health
Programs
(PHPs)
proven
effective,
many

substance
disorders
(SUDs)
still
face
obstacles
in
seeking
help.
Our
study
explores
the
expectations,
attitudes,
experiences
French
regarding
implementation
a
specialized
healthcare
system
(SHS)
for
addiction,
opinions
factors

could
improve
effectiveness
