Several
studies
have
shown
that
social
isolation
and
loneliness
are
associated
with
the
occurrence
of
psychotic
experiences.
However,
dynamics
these
phenomena
in
people
subclinical
experiences,
commonly
referred
to
as
psychotic-like
experiences
(PLEs),
remains
largely
unknown.
Therefore,
this
study
we
performed
a
temporal
network
analysis
model
dynamic
predictions
between
isolation,
loneliness,
negative
affect,
stress,
PLEs.

occupational
challenges,
increased
substance
use,

mental
health
issues
psychosis.
This
study
examined
demographic,
clinical,
cognitive,
social
functional
differences
between
youth
at
clinical
high-risk
(CHR)
for
psychosis
without
comorbid
ADHD.
